According to a survey of 500 randomly selected people who had undergone hair restoration, 94 percent of them reported their experience as good or excellent.

The survey was designed and conducted by ASI, North Hollywood, California. All patients participating in the survey had hair transplant procedures performed at Bosley Medical, in one of their twelve surgical locations throughout the United States. Satisfaction ratings were high with every aspect of the Bosley Medical experience, for example: the office/reception (98%), nursing staff at Bosley Medical (97%), Bosley Medical Surgeon (96%), Senior Counselor (94%), and information received from Bosley Medical (93%). Bosley Medical's satisfaction results compare more than favorably to those other hair restoration clinics. For those who had procedures outside Bosley Medical, only 33% reported that they were very satisfied. This compares to Bosley Medical rating of 70%.
